• 2-5 kg (4.4-11 lbs): ½ tablet
• 6-10 kg (13.2-22 lbs): 1 tablet
• 11-15 kg (24.2-33 lbs): 1.5 tablets
• 16-20 kg (35.2-44 lbs): 2 tablets

Tablets can be divided according to your dog's weight. Puppies should be treated at 2 weeks of age, then every 2 weeks until 12 weeks of age, and thereafter every 3 months as for adult dogs.
